the palazzo in bingen was always known as one of the famous techno-clubs for years and did always enthuse their guests with excellent djs like rush, monika kruse, adam beyer, chris liebing etc. even after the closing down of the club the spirit stayed: with the cd " palazzo vol. 1" available from the 1st of october 2003 tryed the makers to breath new life into the cultclub with unmistakable atmosphere in 18 tracks and an superb nonstop-live-mix. the tracklisting includes tracks and remixe from rush, chris liebing, the advent, dj emerson, marco remus, tube tech, eric sneo, gayle san etc. and offers every clubber a selection of best technofare.
the palazzo-crew was lucky to gain marco remus, who was able to call attention with his own label nerven records and numberless successfully productions like "der ostcode“, „fuck me, i’m famous“, „blowjob“ or „techno gladiators“. his appearance and his way to cast a spell over his audience brought the thüringer to his name "king of east" and coined definitive the syle of his region. since 1994 you can find him on numerous clubs and on big events. to some of his stops in the hole world belong top-addresses like tresor/berlin, stammheim/kassel, rohstofflager/zürich, loveparade, mayday, privilege/ibiza, nature one, sonne mond and sterne, time warp and many more. he made himself a huge fan-community with his extrem hard dj-set and therefore counts to one of the most successfull techno-activists germanys.
marco has personally constituted the tracklisting of "palazzo vol. 1" and brought a freaky, hard, energetic mix which has no peer and stands for the sound of palazzo.
