Superpumas ( which loosely translated means hottie, babe, chick etc in Swedish ) are long time Swedish friends Carl Henrik Hallen and Daniel Nordh. Originally recording as Kompis, they have already released tracks on Tele, produced and recorded ‘Sudden Rush’ for Elrend Oye’s solo album, followed by further releases on Zero 7’s and Freeform Five’s label, Ultimate Dilemma. Most recently, they also released a mini album on Rob Da Bank’s much respected Sunday Best imprint.

Tilting their hats slightly more in the direction of the dance floor, Superpumas present their debut album under their new identity. It’s a stunning collection of funky electronic dance floor instrumental work outs, coupled with a dazzling selection of hook laden vocal tracks.

All in all it’s an amazing collection of tracks which combine to make a great album showcasing what’s happening at the leading edge of electronic dance.
