Plain Pits is a newly founded production team from Foggia in southern Italy consisting of Cerrini and Frank Kobak. Both of them have been working and experimenting with electronic music for quite a while. Cerrini has been an attentive investigator of the house music scene for years and successfully built a reputation as renowned DJ. His partner Frank started messing around at early age with his home computer and a bunch of software getting into producing electronic music.

When they first met the chemistry was right and their matching preferences for music immediately led to working together. By the way: the name Plain Pits originates from an old rural technique to conserve and store the grain harvest in holes dug into the ground.
