"Death By Misadventure" ist Chymeras zweites Album und schwingt zwischen Detroit, Deep-House, Breaks und Electronika. "Bevor ich im Juni 2010 nach Berlin zog, habe ich 3 Jahre in Barcelona gewohnt. Mit meinem Umzug nach Deutschland veränderte sich alles in meinem Leben. Die Kreativität kam zurück, ich veröffentlichte die Ghost EP auf Connaisseur Recordings und anschliessend habe ich genau für dieses Label eine Album produziert. Alles in allem war diese Album-Produktion ein langer und komplizierter Prozess und weiss Gott nicht immer einfach. Ich hatte eine Menge hitzige aber konstruktive Diskussionen mit Connaisseur Recordings über die generelle Ausrichtung des Albums, die Auswahl der Tracks oder das Artwork. Aber schlußendlich wuchs und wuchs das Album an diesem manchmal etwas schmerzhaften Prozess. Rausgekommen ist nun ein homogenes Stück Musik, stimmig von Anfang bis Ende. Genau ein einhalb Jahr meines Lebens, für immer festgehalten wie eine Fliege in ein Stück Bernstein, konserviert für die Ewigkeit." Bren Gregoriy (Chymera)
