What’s up? is the first release of southwest-german DJ and club owner UNIQUE aka Achim Koch, presenting his definition of groovy Tech-House. It’s superb funky bassline and well worked out stops, breaks and the acidic sequenzer topping right after the main break make this track outstanding and recognizable. It’s not just a good tool – it’s burning down dancefloors at any time!

DJ Unique, well known in southern Germany for years as a DJ, organizer (*Get Housed!* a.o.) and recent club owner of Freiraum in Landau city, got supported by sound engineer Denis Grundler, who productionwise already took care of acts such as Fatboy Slim, Denki Groove and german Hip Hop heroes ‚Die fantastischen 4‘.

The more deep but percussive flipside version has been remixed by Session Deluxe – mastermind Martin Eyerer, who lately released and remixed for Great Stuff (home of Coburn), currently hitting the german DCC dance charts as EYERER & CHOPSTICK, is as well part of the multiColor family as EYERER & NAMITO.
